How long does it take to process my order?

Your order will usually be confirmed and shipped via email within 0-3 business days .

Since all products are handmade , high demand may result in a processing time of 5-10 business days , especially for crystal bracelets, which are cut from raw stones and strung by hand.

Products with low stock levels are clearly marked – please check the notice before purchasing.

Each piece is handmade with love – the wait is worth it.

What should I do if the jewelry doesn't fit?

Our product descriptions always contain precise information about sizes and measurements.

Many of our rings are open and therefore individually adjustable. Necklaces and bracelets also usually have extension chains. Our crystal bracelets are elastic and therefore adapt to most wrist sizes.

Additionally, we include a spare elastic band and a threading tool with our crystal bracelets, allowing you to adjust the size yourself at least twice if necessary. You can find threading instructions on our social media channels.

If you don't want to change the size yourself, you can also return the jewelry to us - we will be happy to adjust it for you free of charge.

How does the return work?

You can return items within 14 days provided they are unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging .

Please be sure to include your order number and your name with your return.

  • Returns due to quality defects : We will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Returns for personal reasons : Return shipping costs are borne by the customer .

We'll notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days . Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Materials such as:

Natural crystals & gemstones : protect from chemicals and impact, clean with a soft cloth.

Silver jewelry (925/990/999) : store airtight, clean regularly with a silver cleaning cloth, do not wear while showering/swimming.

Natural & baroque pearls / Swarovski pearls : clean with a soft cloth after wearing, store separately, do not perfume.
