Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason, provided that no statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, received the goods.
If you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these goods are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, received the last item.

After submitting and confirming your withdrawal using this function, you will immediately receive electronic confirmation that your withdrawal has been received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.
Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us will not be reimbursed.
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your declaration of withdrawal.
As a general rule, we will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
Return of the Goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
In the case of defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered goods, your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. We will bear the transport costs necessary for any required remedy in accordance with the statutory provisions.
Diminished Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
The statutory right of withdrawal is therefore not conditional on the goods being returned unworn, unused or in their original packaging. However, handling the goods beyond what is necessary for inspection may result in liability for diminished value.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Customized Mystery Bags
Our Mystery Bags are individually assembled for each order after receipt of the order, based on the preferred colors selected by the customer and the personal preferences communicated by the customer.
To the extent that a Mystery Bag order is thereby clearly tailored to the customer's personal requirements, there is no statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 312g(2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Your statutory rights in the event of defective, damaged or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
