Shipping costs:
-Free shipping within Germany for orders over 60 €
-Free shipping within the EU for orders over 120 €
-For all other countries, the customer bears the shipping costs. The amount depends on the destination region and package weight and is displayed during checkout.
Shipping time (DHL standard):
-Germany: approx. 2–4 working days
-EU: approx. 3–7 working days
-International: approx. 7–14 working days
📌 Please note: Our products are handmade . If an item requires extended processing time (e.g., certain crystal bracelets), this will be clearly stated on the product page . Typically, orders are dispatched within 0-3 business days of placing an order. During periods of increased demand, processing time may be up to 5-10 business days . Once completed, orders will be dispatched promptly .
🌍 Note for international orders ( outside the EU ): We may collect customs duties and import VAT directly at checkout. Please ensure your country is supported. All prices are DDP – you pay no additional fees upon delivery.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Should you wish to return an item, please note the following:
-Returns are possible within 14 days .
-Items must be returned unworn , undamaged and in their original packaging .
Important:
Please be sure to include your order number and your full name with your return.
Return costs:
-For returns due to quality defects , we will cover the return shipping costs.
-In case of returns for personal reasons, the customer bears the return shipping costs.
Refund:
We'll notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days . Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

4. How long does it take to process my order?
Your order will usually be confirmed and shipped via email within 0-3 business days .
Since all products are handmade , high demand may result in a processing time of 5-10 business days , especially for crystal bracelets, which are cut from raw stones and strung by hand.
Products with low stock levels are clearly marked – please check the notice before purchasing.
Each piece is handmade with love – the wait is worth it.

7. How do I care for my jewelry?
Materials such as:
Natural crystals & gemstones : protect from chemicals and impact, clean with a soft cloth.
Silver jewelry (925/990/999) : store airtight, clean regularly with a silver cleaning cloth, do not wear while showering/swimming.
Natural & baroque pearls / Swarovski pearls : clean with a soft cloth after wearing, store separately, do not perfume.
